Thinking of Buying a Home in Charlotte? How Well do You Know the Lingo?

Buying a home can be intimidating, especially if you’ve never bought a home before or if it’s been several years since you’ve done so. If you’re not familiar with the terms used throughout the process, you can miss some critical points, deadlines and information that you need.

It’s the tip-of-the-iceberg but, just remember, if you hear a word, phrase or acronym that you don’t readily know, ASK! Don’t hesitate to ever ask as sometimes real estate professionals become a little too comfortable with our terminology!
