Fortune 100 Company, Honeywell, Chooses Charlotte
Church ST in Uptown is home to the recently broken ground for Honeywell’s 23-story high rise. The building will be completed in July 2021. Honeywell will be bringing hundreds of jobs with them with salaries from $50K to well into the six-figure incomes. Within the next few years, 750 employees will be working in the company’s new facility.
Why did Honeywell choose Charlotte?
We hear the same objective findings these new businesses that choose Charlotte share. The assets quoted by Honeywell also include the area’s livability, favorable economic factors, an impressive quality of workforce and friendly business environments are among a few of the reasons they chose our beautiful city.
Honeywell has long since been known for their thermostats, found in a majority of homes for decades. Honeywell is also focusing on the aerospace and industrial sectors and are expected to bring even more jobs to Charlotte as their participation in these newer industries expands. In fact, the company is already heavily invested in STEM education in our area.
Charlotte’s appeal – being exciting to relocate here – has brought another new Fortune 100 Company to our area. At this juncture, $230M is being invested here in Charlotte by Honeywell. We welcome Honeywell and all of the newcomers to the Charlotte area!
